If you are not completely satisfied with a product from US Mill Works, return it within 30 days for a full refund less original shipping and handling.*

Note: Items returned after 30 days of delivery are no longer eligible for return and will not be processed. Please don't send them as we will not be able to ship them back to you.

Please include a copy of the original invoice! Parts should be packaged individually and securely to prevent damage in transit. For the plate, the corners should be wrapped in cardboard or other media to prevent damage in the event the parcel is dropped.

Also remember to use a shipping service with delivery confirmation so you can confirm we've received your return.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you the full purchase price less shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the part is defective or there was an error on our part. In such instances, compensation will be equivalent to the current cost of a USPS flat-rate padded envelope mailer (identical to what we ship the product in).

We reserve the right to refuse return of damaged items or items returned in unsatisfactory condition (i.e. you crashed your car and completely mangled the bracket).

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

*Some items on our site will be sold as-is (no returns accepted) these will be clearly marked on the website, the checkout form, and the invoice.

*Items shown as delivered (via USPS tracking) are considered to be actually delivered. These items must be sent back to qualify for a refund.

*Items sent back 30 days after being delivered are no longer eligible for a refund.
